贺大娘正得意时，却见金逐流等人安然无恙地站起来，原来他们根本没有吃那些酒菜。贺大娘赶紧逃走。江海天等人赶了来，这时金世遗已经快不行了，金逐流留下纸条，一个人去找《百毒真经》。史白都正准备带着《百毒真经》去找厉南星，让他帮忙解史红英的毒，这时金逐流找了上来，表示要用自己换《百毒真经》，让厉南星翻译《百毒真经》，史白都答应和他一起走。然而他们却走不了了，贺大娘、阳浩带着天魔教徒和东厂四毒拦住了他们。董十三娘为史白都而死，贺大娘让史白都留下《百毒真经》，史白都拒绝，被贺大娘暗算中毒，临死前，史白都将《百毒真经》的下落告诉给了史红英。史红英悲愤交加，表示贺大娘若肯放金逐流背已死的哥哥下山，自己将告诉她《百毒真经》的下落。贺大娘答应了。金逐流背着史白都回去，众人发现原来《百毒真经》刺在了史白都的背上。厉南星赶紧翻译经书，助金世遗疗伤。天魔教挟持了史红英前往京城，魏忠贤想利用天魔教引诱义军前来京城，然后一举将义军剿灭。他们将史红英绑在了京城广场上，逼问她《百毒真经》的下落，史红英被折磨得奄奄一息。魏忠贤下令斩杀史红英。金世遗的毒差不多已解，金逐流坐不住了，留下纸条匆匆赶往京城去营救史红英。另一面，江海天也安排好了义军攻打魏忠贤的计划。金逐流及时出现在法场，拼死去救史红英。金世遗等人随后赶到，金世遗和魏忠贤决战。金世遗武功已恢复，打败魏忠贤。魏忠贤谋权篡位的阴谋败露，落荒而逃。而史红英已经命在旦夕，金逐流抱着她痛哭失声。金世遗感叹二十年前的悲剧眼看又要重演，这时，史红英在呼唤声中奇迹般的睁开了眼睛……
