“穿山甲”队员找到了当年修建“狼窝”，挖密道的设计师的后人，逼他交出了密道的图纸。黛诺假扮成被关在官的老母亲，和扮成保镖的徐四海一起装成进入了“狼窝”“探监”。黛诺假扮的老妇人着实让阿黑吓了一跳，黛诺骗阿黑，她要改嫁给萨瓦，但只要将可以统领布拖山寨的玉印交出了，便可以协助阿黑逃出“狼窝”，这样黛诺就不用嫁给萨瓦了。阿黑无奈交出了玉印。徐四海在一旁和日军打哈哈，时不时拿出怀表看看，这时刘三保报过来抢走怀表。徐四海气愤之极，打了刘三保，大批日军立刻冲上来将徐四海制伏，将他押入了死牢。在死牢里，徐四海见到了卡恩，把卡恩逗得很开心。荒川在外面偷听到了卡恩的笑声，对这个徐四海产生了兴趣。当他知道徐四海还毕业于日军军官学校时，他更意外了。他命令徐四海和狱中武士比武，徐四海同样赢了。荒川有些欣赏眼前这个能人，他让徐四海做监狱里的教官并继续让卡恩保持好心情。日军缅甸司令部通知金刚联队松本，有第二批地面部队前来营救卡恩。松本立刻率部队在营救队渡江进入日军防区处布防，等待将其歼灭。秦国忠率领的野象队在制定区域和美军少校霍姆斯与他的助手乔丹汇合。当他们准备在松本埋伏的区域渡江时，霍姆斯嗅到了周围的不对劲，要求放弃在此地渡江与远征军准备好的橡皮艇。这引来了秦国忠极大的不满。
