第28集:魔幻天使大结局
女主中枪倒在男主怀里，女主向男主表白之后就昏过去了。一堆人赶紧把女主送进医院，手术很成功，男主守在女主的床边寸步不离。眼看又到黄昏，Pat和佣人们都开始紧张，Pat把男主拉到一边，告诉他女主到了晚上就会变成小鸟，男主一副你也知道的表情，Pat担心女主在变成小鸟之后，会熬不过枪杀。男主把所有人都清出了病房，病房外面的佣人们开始低声抽泣，男主的爸妈看不明白大家为什么哭，明明女主救回来了啊?昏迷中的女主又开始疼痛，男主知道女主就要变身了，就在蓝光初闪时，手足无措的男主吻了女主，对了，这就是女主一直在找的真爱之吻啦。看到房间里面的光，佣人们都知道即将要发生什么，小Orn和男二也来探望女主，发现大家在哭，以为女主挂了，男主爸爸赶紧解释，女主没事儿，只是不知道为什么大家都在哭。小Orn不顾众人阻拦，冲进了房间，结果看到了男主在吻女主，打击呀!女主终于醒了，男主告诉女主，一切都过去了，女主再也不会变回小蓝鸟了，女主喜极而泣，男主接着又是一吻，看得众人都不好意思了!
男二和小Orn出了病房，在长椅上发表观后感，两颗失落的心重新擦亮了火花，男二主动请求小Orn做自己的女朋友，小Orn羞羞答答的表示同意哟~
出院以后的女主，对男主各种支使，男主则毫不顾忌地没事儿就向女主索吻，俩人好不甜蜜。女主翻旧账，嫌男主在自己做工人的时候天天整自己，而男主则表示，我可是每天晚上都搂在你睡呀，还给你温暖的胸膛靠，还没事让你看看美男出浴图，男主一说，女主还真觉得那会儿福利还挺不错的呢!
男主带着女主回到华欣的别墅，当初两人埋礼物的地方，俩人挖出当年的礼物盒，女主看到男主的卡片，上面居然写得爱女主，就说嘛，男主是从小就喜欢女主的，紧接着女主打开礼物盒，发现里面是没小小的戒指，女主要把戒指套到手上，被男主制止，男主在女主闭上眼睛的时候，将一枚钻戒带到了女主手上。镜头一转，男主一家三口站在公司门口，女主手上站着一只小蓝鸟，女主借着小蓝鸟向观众传递人心向善，与人为善!
