第36集:刘大奎号召股东反对刘二奎

刘姗姗赌气两天没回家，夏雨心急如焚，只好去找刘大奎求助，刘大奎不便出面干预刘姗姗和韩世信的事，让夏雨全权处理此事。

韩世信正式走马上任，李大成和保安部的人对他言听计从，刘大奎对韩世信置之不理。自从凤英找过张飞之后，张飞就处处躲着钱新月，钱新月一直打不通张飞的电话，就直接冲到办公室来找他理论，正好看到张飞和电影学院刚毕业的女演员王颖有说有笑，钱新月气不打一处来，王颖见状赶忙躲走了。

钱新月苦苦逼问张飞，张飞提出和她分手，借口不想耽误她的学习，劝她不要辜负母亲的一片苦心，钱新月为了张飞放弃了学业，还和母亲闹掰，张飞反复讲明不会和钱新月在一起，钱新月气得破口大骂，狠狠打了张飞一耳光，然后含泪离开了。

张飞打电话给韩世信，他已经和钱新月彻底了断，想尽快和山庄签约，韩世信向刘二奎汇报此事。夏雨回刘老根家劝刘姗姗回家，刘姗姗坚持要和韩世信在一起，夏雨气得大发雷霆，冲刘姗姗大呼小叫，刘姗姗赌气要搬去和韩世信一起住，夏雨顿时傻眼了。

刘姗姗抱着被褥来找韩世信，李大成劝她不要冲动，不结婚不能住在一起，李大成赶忙打电话把韩世信叫回来。夏雨回家向刘大奎诉苦，刘大奎决定启用周二牤这一张底牌，让他盯紧韩世信和刘姗姗。钱新月走投无路只好来找药丸子求助，想到大舞台唱戏。

刘姗姗想和韩世信远走高飞，韩世信劝她三思，不能和父母对着干，韩世信奉了刘二奎的命令，要秘密和张飞洽谈合作项目，等时机成熟再公之于众，以免再次被否决，周二牤躲在一边听得清清楚楚。药丸子来找小琴商量，想让钱新月和他们一起上台演出，小琴担心药丸子对钱新月旧情复燃，药丸子连连解释他和钱新月已经回不到从前，劝小琴放宽心。

夏雨迫不及待想周二牤打听刘姗姗和韩世信的情况，周二牤就把刘二奎交代韩世信和张飞合作的事说出来，求夏雨在刘大奎面前替他美言，夏雨保证不会亏待他，让他继续盯紧刘姗姗。

药丸子找刘山杏商量，想让钱新月到大舞台演出，刘山杏自然求之不得，让药丸子去请钱新月。钱新月来到大舞台，小琴心里很不是滋味，可看在药丸子面子上还是欢迎她的到来。夏雨把刘二奎的所作所为告诉刘大奎，刘大奎想去好刘二奎算账，夏雨劝他冷静，先发动股东反对刘二奎，争取把刘二奎和韩世信一起拿下来。刘大奎立刻去找凤英，让凤英联合其他股东找刘二奎问清楚。

钱新月正式到大舞台演出，刘山杏让她加入药丸子和小琴组合，向大家隆重介绍了钱新月。周二牤向村民们透露了刘二奎派韩世信和张飞谈合作的事，秤杆子和大壮等人都大为不满，周二牤趁机怂恿他们去找刘二奎问责。

凤英带着几个股东来找刘二奎，，秤杆子等人随后赶来，他们坚持要找刘二奎问清楚，李大成和保安们死死拦住大家，韩世信赶忙向刘二奎汇报，然后出来安抚大家，明确讲明这事一个很有发展前景的项目，大家不依不饶，夏雨躲在一边拍下这一幕，直接发给宋佳佳。宋佳佳打电话向刘二奎问责，埋怨他不该擅自和张飞谈合作，刘二奎答应尽快查清楚。
